i was offered the free cruise package and charged a bundle..they have a shabby boat they are trying to pass off as a real cruiseliner...and attempting to get a refund is absolutely ridiculous...the support staff spin you in circles and onc you 'purchase' a packe the onyl way to get rid of it is to pawn it off on another unsuspecting soul...the cruise line has received so many complaints that it is a wonder they are still operating...you would be better standin in the middle of a rainstorm and not getting wet than actually receiving what they promise... 129e362
